Always Safe--In His Arms

If the Lord had not cut short those days, no one would survive. But for the sake of the elect, whom he has chosen, he has shortened them. Mark 13:20

Jesus spoke of hard times – time of persecution and suffering. I don’t know exactly what that means. When Jerusalem was destroyed in 70AD much of what he said happened. Some might equate the fear many have today with the times Jesus spoke of. I really don’t know. What I do know is God always takes care of those he has chosen to be his children, his “elect.” He will always love us and step in to take care of us. In him I have hope. I will not live in fear.
