Be Aware

These people are grumblers and faultfinders; they follow their own evil desires; they boast about themselves and flatter others for their own advantage. Jude 16

Jude deals with the sad reality that there are people within the church who are not led by God’s Spirit. They may look religious, but they are like “clouds without rain.” (vs.12). So how can identify them. Verse 16 says they are “grumblers and faultfinders.” They “boast” of themselves and “flatter others” when it is to their advantage. God calls for us to humbly encourage one another and to work toward solutions. Dear Father, help me to be such a person today. Help me to see what is wrong and act to make it right. AMEN.
