Change of Heart

Ezekiel 8-11, Matthew 13: 24-43

I will give them an undivided heart and put a new spirit in them; I will remove from them their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh. Ezekiel 11:19

Ezekiel’s message is hard to hear. God’s people were chasing after other gods. The solution would not come from their change in behavior, neither does ours. It takes more; it takes a miracle. That miracle is when God changes our hearts. It is not within our nature to have compassion—true compassion. It is a changed heart that shows God to be at work within a person. Pray for God to make your heart burn today. May that changed heart drive everything you do today!
