Content -- But Not Content

Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Philippians 3:12

I know that I am forgiven, and thus, by God’s grace I am holy. I also know I have many faults and need to work every day to become the person God created me to be. I am not attentive to what others are experiencing (self-centered). I can be judgmental. So, I praise God that if I were to die right now, I would go to heaven. I also praise God for his promise pour out his grace on me that I might grow to become more like Jesus. God has given us this day—let’s make the most of it!
