Enjoy Heaven My Friend

We are tempted to look at our current situations and judge they day accordingly. Today I bury a dear friend whose last few years of life were such a struggle because of ALS. But that disease did not define her. She battled through, she smiled, she pushed on and she hoped. She knew God was not done and now sees glorious things you and I can only imagine. In all our lives we have one constant to hold on to for hope. That is Jesus, who sacrificed His own life on the cross to give us life—a good life, a life that will never end. Whatever today brings you, rejoice in what you will yet see. As you do so, you will find more joy in today.
