God chose you--and holds you

Isaiah 44-46, Ephesians 2:11-e

Now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ. Ephesians 2:13

Isaiah made fun of those who would shape something out of gold or carve it out of wood – then worship it. We cannot make God, but He DID make us. And there was a time when each of us was a “nobody,” but God has now made us somebody. He has made us part of the family, HIS family. All of this came about through the blood of Jesus spilled on the cross. Why share this? Because sometimes we forget how blessed we are. Remember who (because of Jesus) you are. Have a great day!
