God's in Charge

The Lord will open the heavens, the storehouse of his bounty, to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands. . . . the Lord will scatter you among all nations, from one end of the earth to the other. Deuteronomy 28:12, 64

God is in charge. We too easily forget that. Blessing comes from him. He allows bad things to happen to us. He is in charge. Just remember – he brings both into your life so you might know how much he loves you. The curses (as ugly and painful as they are in Deut. 28) are to make you see there is no good life apart from him. Read Deut. 28. May you know how much God is pulling for you to choose to live a life he would bless.
