Grandchild Investment

Know therefore that the Lord your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commandments. Deuteronomy 7:9

We would do just about anything for our children and grandchildren. Moses tells us that our being faithful to God will bring great blessing on those two generations and many more—as we “love him and keep his commandments.” Obedience (that is in behavior and our thinking) brings us blessing, but perhaps means even more for our descendants. Be intentional today in walking with Jesus. Do it for your grandchildren. (Perhaps this is a reminder for you to speak to them today and tell them how you are investing in their lives.)
