He Chose US! WOW!!!

To the Lord your God belong the heavens, even the highest heavens, the earth and everything in it. Yet the Lord set his affection on your ancestors and loved them, and he chose you, their descendants, above all the nations—as it is today. Deuteronomy 10:14-15

God is above all—and “yet” he chose you to be his people. Isn’t that just the craziest thing and the most wonderful news? God chose you—when he could have chosen anyone. Moses wanted the people to realize how blessed they were to be called God’s people. May we never forget how blessed we are that God has called us to be his children and to call the one who owns “the heavens,” Father. Have a wonderful day!
