Joy: God with Us

Sacrifice fellowship offerings there, eating them and rejoicing in the presence of the Lord your God. Deuteronomy 27:7

For all the talk about rules—blessings and curses, our joy has nothing to do with our doing the right thing or not. Our joy is to be in the presence of God. God is with us. That is cause for rejoicing. AND he has promised never to leave us. May you find great joy in that today. AND may you know that in doing the things that please God you seek to get closer to him. Obedience does make a difference.
