Let God do the Testing

Ezekiel 24-27, Matthew 15:29-16:12

The Pharisees and Sadducees came to Jesus and tested him by asking him to show them a sign from heaven. Matthew 16:1

God can test us all he wants because we have much to learn and need to grow. When we test him it is an insult. Don’t hesitate to ask God for a sign so you can have a better sense which direction you ought to take in a given situation, but don’t ask him to prove himself to you. You may ask for a sign so that someone else might see his glory, but still the greatest sign God gives is the death and resurrection of Jesus. Here we see the love and the power of God!
