Our Hope

Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away. Mark 13:31

Jesus spoke these words in the context of change, reminding his followers to trust him. Several days later he would die on a cross which would seriously challenge their trust. Today we face much . change – and yet nothing has changed. Jesus, who conquered death, still speaks and his “words will never pass away.” You are safe; Jesus is with you. You are not alone; Jesus is holding you. Today he will go with you that you might bring peace and hope wherever you go. Hold on to his word – that he holds on to you.
