Practice What You Read

Jeremiah 45-48, Matthew 7:15-e

Everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. Matthew 7:24

It makes sense. If an investment advisor tells you to buy a certain stock to make lots of money, you need to act on that. If a doctor tells you that to take a certain pill will cure you—then you need to take that pill. When you read the Bible—you need to do more than read. The blessing comes in acting on what you read. So, let me run some things by you—bless enemies, give God firstfruits, forgive, serve. Be wise.
