Chosen by God

The Lord your God has chosen you out of all the peoples on the face of the earth to be his people, his treasured possession. Deuteronomy 7:6

I am privileged to be a Christian, a child of God. Not everyone knows the love of the heavenly Father. At times I have foolishly considered my living as a Christian to be a burden. Dying on the cross to save me – that was a burden. Falling on my knees to worship the one who died for me—that is a blessing. May you find joy today in God’s having chosen you too.
