Great Combination!

Acts 15:36-17:15, Psalm 68

The chariots of God are tens of thousands and thousands of thousands . . . Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens. Psalm 68:17,19

We find a great combination in God – power and compassion. The psalmist praises him for both. He sees God’s army to be greater than any army on earth and then notes that the God who has such a great army “daily bears our burdens.” This is the God who could scorch the earth with one breath, but chose to give His Son to die on the cross to save us. This is the God who invites you to call him, Father. We are blessed!
