Help Has Arrived!

“The time has come,” he (Jesus) said. “The kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news!” Mark 1:15

I love how simple and direct the Gospel according to Mark is. Once Jesus is baptized he announces that, his coming is the answer to the prayers of God’s people—the Savior. But Jesus always surprises people—he did not come to fix all those things “our there.” Jesus came to fix the brokenness inside of you. His words are clear, “Repent and believe the good news.” That does not mean he refuses to help with the outside stuff. Read on in Mark one and you will see that he healed so many people that he could hardly go out in public anymore because of the crowds. Repent and believe – Jesus is the REAL DEAL!
