Jesus Has That Much POWER!

And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming. II Thessalonians 2:8

There are two truths revealed in this verse: the world has to deal with “the lawless one” and Jesus will defeat that one with “the breath of his mouth.” Books have been written on “who” the lawless one is and still we do not fully understand. Is it a person or some organization? Isn’t it better to focus on the wonder that with a single breath—Jesus will destroy him/her/it? Rejoice! Jesus has conquered death and he is coming again some day in all of his “splendor.” This is my Savior! This is my hope!! This is my FRIEND!!! Have a great day!
