List of Blessings!

While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take it; this is my body.” Mark 14:22

I miss gathering with others to worship. It has only been one Sunday, but I miss coming together in the presence of God. I miss the sacrament. It seems as if so much has been taken away. Then I read this passage and see what Jesus gives. He took the bread and gave thanks. On the night he would be arrested he gave thanks. Then he said those powerful words, “Take it; this is my body.” Jesus gives himself to me – to us. I don’t want to focus on what I do not have. Let’s focus on all we have because Jesus gives himself to us. The first is forgiveness, but there is so much more. Please share something Jesus gives you.
