Power of Prayer

Ezekiel 32-33, Matthew 21:12-27

If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer. Matthew 21:22

Why is it that when I read this I go immediately to the thought, “So, this is how the Detroit Lions might win the Super Bowl”? I think the heart of this passage is that my faith might be so in sync with God’s heart that I would I would seek only what God desires. Since I know that God wants my heart to be like his, I will begin with that prayer—Lord, make my heart to be like yours. AMEN
