Rejoice!!

Philippians 2-4, Proverbs 30

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Philippians 4:4-5

There is a joy that God gives. Do not let anything take it away. It does not come from Christmas presents or lots of friends – or money. It comes from Jesus being with you. It comes from his changing your heart to be like his. It comes by grace. It is yours – a gift from Jesus. But the gift is really Jesus himself. He is grace. He loves you. He has made you alive at the expense of his own life. Rejoice.
